Management Team:
Gerard Badler, Managing Director of Campus Continuum,
has over 30 years experience as a marketing strategy consultant. He was president
of PIMS Associates,
a research and consulting consortium among 300 major corporations worldwide,
spun off from the Harvard Business School. He founded a consumer catalog
with the highest average order size of any in the US. Earlier he was a consultant
at The Boston Consulting Group.

David Carlen, founder and Director of Campus Continuum.
David has over 20 years experience in real estate finance and investment
management. He is also president of Norwich Corporation, an investment advisor
and manager for private placement equity real estate investment that was
formed in 1987. Previously, David was Vice President of Asset Management
at the Boston Financial Group, a real estate investment banking firm, and
a CPA with Ernst and Whinney.

Bob is the former
president of National
Lifecare and former president of the New England Gerontological Association.
He initiated and followed to completion the first continuing care campus
in Massachusetts, has testified on life care before the U.S. Senate Special
Committee on Aging, an appeared on Ted Koppel's special "Aging in the

Continuum, has over 25 years of experience in public relations, marketing
and advertising. Stan is also principal of Creative Communications, an independent
public relations / marketing consulting practice.

Jonathan Spencer, Director of Information Technology and principal of CyberArtisans, a firm specializing in web marketing, search engine optimization, and web development.
Advisory Team:
Dr. Paula Panchuck, Dean of Lasell Village at Lasell College, Newton, MA. Paula manages the life-long learning program for this college-affiliated CCRC with 172 independent living units and 44 nursing beds, and serves as Principal of the Lasell Consulting Group. Under her guidance, residents must complete 450 hours annually of educational endeavors.
Dr. Sheila Waxman, Membership Representative, NewBridge on the Charles a continuing care retirement community outside of Boston run by Hebrew SeniorLife. Formerly, Director of Marketing at Lasell Village at Lasell College, Newton, MA.
Dr. Muriel Gillick is an associate professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School, and is on the staff of the Brigham and Women's Hospital and the Faulkner Hospital. She has published widely on geriatrics and is developing programs in Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine for Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates. Her books include Choosing Medical Care in Old Age: What Kind, How Much, When to Stop (Cambridge, MA: Harvard University Press, 1994) and Lifelines: Living Longer, Growing Frail, Taking Heart (NY: Norton, 2001).
